1. About these terms
Misaki is an independent Minecraft ghost client offered by a seller based in Hungary. The contracting seller must be identified in the Legal Notice. “You” means the visitor or customer. These terms, the product description, the order confirmation, and the Refund Policy describe the intended purchase conditions.
This website provides product information and links to Discord. It does not collect payments or activate a subscription. Before you pay, the seller must provide the completed terms and a confirmation of your order on a durable medium that you can keep.
2. Plans and payment
- Monthly — US$19.99: one month of Misaki access. The start and end dates and any renewal arrangement must be stated before payment.
- Lifetime — US$60: a one-time license. Its exact duration, supported releases, continuing access requirements, and included support or updates must be clearly agreed before purchase. “Lifetime” must not be silently redefined or reduced after purchase.
Prices are stated in US dollars. The seller must disclose the final total, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, before you commit to an order. Any recurring billing requires clear advance disclosure and express authorization; clicking a website link is not authorization.
3. Delivery and compatibility
Confirm the delivery method and timing, supported operating system, hardware requirements, and any necessary third-party software before purchase. Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.8.9 are supported with Forge, Lunar, and Vanilla. A legitimate Minecraft installation and the permissions required to use it are your responsibility.
Compatibility with third-party updates cannot be assumed. Nothing in this section removes the seller’s legal duties concerning advertised compatibility, supply, conformity, or required updates.
4. License and permitted use
A license permits use of the purchased software within the scope disclosed in the order; it does not transfer ownership of Misaki or of any third-party software. Do not redistribute or resell the client, share access without authorization, or bypass license controls, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity.
Use the client only on systems and servers where you have permission and in accordance with applicable laws and third-party rules. Do not use it to compromise accounts, harass other users, or damage systems.
5. Server rules and performance
Misaki is not guaranteed to be undetectable, to bypass any anti-cheat, or to prevent restrictions or bans. Server operators and platform providers control their own rules and enforcement. Features and predictions depend on settings and game conditions; no specific competitive outcome is promised.
This information is not an exclusion of liability for inaccurate descriptions, a defective product, or any obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Support, refunds, and complaints
Contact the team through Misaki Discord for technical support. Statutory written contacts must also be provided in the Legal Notice. Keep your order confirmation and support messages.
The Refund Policy explains the additional technical-incompatibility refund and mandatory withdrawal and defect remedies. A support conversation does not remove your ability to use a lawful payment dispute, consumer complaint, or court remedy.
7. Suspension and changes
A material breach may justify proportionate suspension or termination where permitted by law. Where appropriate, the seller should explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Suspension must not be used to avoid a valid complaint or refund obligation.
Updated terms apply prospectively as permitted by law. They cannot retroactively remove rights from an existing paid license. Material changes to paid digital content, continuing services, or license scope remain subject to applicable notice and consumer-remedy requirements.
8. Third-party rights
Misaki is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft and third-party names identify compatibility only. No Misaki license grants rights in Minecraft or overrides its EULA, third-party licenses, or server terms.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, or excludes liability where an exclusion is prohibited. Applicable law determines your rights and the competent court; these terms do not impose exclusive Hungarian courts on consumers or remove mandatory protections available in their country.
