Scope and controller
This notice covers the Misaki marketing website and related support inquiries. The seller based in Hungary is responsible for data it processes as controller; its legal identity and privacy contact are still to be supplied in the Legal Notice.
Client licensing, device binding, payment processing, and software diagnostics require an accurate notice describing their actual data handling before those activities begin. This website notice does not claim that the client itself collects no data.
What this website does
The authored website contains no account-registration form, payment form, analytics script, advertising tracker, or newsletter signup. Its logo, styles, and scripts are served with the site. Its code does not set cookies or write to browser local storage.
A hosting provider can still receive connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and access time to deliver and protect the site. A hosted version may also use platform authentication or essential cookies controlled by the hosting platform. The final hosting provider, logging arrangements, and any applicable platform privacy notice must be identified before public launch.
Discord and support messages
Discord is an external service. Following a Discord link takes you to that service, where Discord’s privacy policy applies. Misaki staff may receive your Discord identifier, messages, order reference, and technical details that you choose to provide for support.
Send only information needed to address your request. Do not share account passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated documents. Technical logs should be limited to relevant information and stripped of secrets before being sent.
Purposes and legal bases
Where the seller processes support information to answer a purchase request or fulfil a contract, the relevant basis is steps requested before a contract or performance of that contract. Legal obligations may require transaction or complaint records. Necessary and proportionate security and abuse-prevention processing may rely on legitimate interests, subject to the required balancing assessment.
Optional marketing or nonessential tracking would need its own disclosed basis and, where required, prior consent. No such feature is included in this website.
Recipients, transfers, and retention
Support information should be available only to authorized personnel and necessary service providers. Discord and any hosting or payment provider may process information under their own terms and legal roles. The seller must identify its processors, any transfers outside the EEA, applicable safeguards, and actual retention periods before relying on this notice as complete.
Information should be retained only for the period necessary for its stated purpose, subject to mandatory retention and justified legal-claim requirements. No specific retention period or hosting location has yet been confirmed for Misaki.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, GDPR provides rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a portable copy of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Consent, where used, may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Use the seller’s privacy contact to exercise your rights; Discord can currently be used to contact the team. Requests are subject to the legal response period, generally one month, with lawful extensions where justified. Identity checks should be proportionate.
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes
Update this notice when hosting, payment, client telemetry, or support practices change. Significant changes that require notice or consent must be handled before the affected processing starts.
